Selecta are a famous German toy company who have been handcrafting wooden toys for over 40 years. Please see our About Selecta Pages.

How can I buy products from this Online Store?
It's easy to buy Selecta online. Simply look through our Online Store, click on the items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. Once you have finished your selections click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details so we can be sure of your correct delivery address.

How can I pay for the goods?
We accept Visa, Mastercard. Switch, Solo, Maestro, Visa Debit and Electron and JCB. We will only charge your card when the order is ready to be dispatched. We will send you an email acknowledging that your order has been received which you should print out for future use. Your order is subject to stock availablity and does not constitute a binding contract.

How much will it cost?
Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 for UK Mainland and Northern Ireland. A delivery surcharge will be made to all other areas.

How secure is my payment?
Our Online store uses a secure server to ensure your payment is processed securely and confidentially.

What if I am not satisfied?
In the unlikely event that you should have a complaint about any of our products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will replace or repair the product as a matter of urgency. If you have to return a product, please obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be responsible for goods that fail to reach us. Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
